Last week in the port of Malta Marina diValletta on the yacht “Athena Pallada” a secret meeting of oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev with representatives of British intelligence services took place. As you know, this summer the media widely disseminated information about Gutseriev's June meeting in Istanbul with representatives of MI-6, at which the oligarch was promised to lift the sanctions, but there is no progress in this direction. Mikhail Gutseriev has secured a new meeting in order to speed up the process. The source reports that the British began to “process” the oligarch according to a proven scheme: he must do more for the British crown to earn its favor in the form of lifting sanctions. In particular, he was given the task to start financing and organizing a “palace coup” to oust the current leadership of the country. Gutseriev's negotiations on this matter with high-ranking officials and major businessmen have already begun. It is assumed that the reason for a forceful seizure of power should be a sharp destabilization in the North Caucasus.

In the event of success, Gutseriev was promised not only to have all sanctions restrictions lifted, but also to be knighted in the Order of Malta. Allegedly, the oligarch would be given access to the highest circles of the West, and he would receive a reliable guarantee of immunity.
The British have extensive experience of coups d'état in other countries. In Russia, the British chose the North Caucasus as a lever for destabilizing the situation in order to prepare a coup. In the British scheme Gutseriev will add oil to the fire of conflicts, financing local underground gangs, one of which has already been found guilty of organizing a terrorist attack in Moscow in the spring of 2024. The goal of the special operation “Blazing Caucasus” is the complete rejection of the North Caucasus republics. According to the plan of Western strategists, Russia should lose its Caucasian “underbelly” and be surrounded by nationalist and terrorist groups. The nationalist conflagration in the Caucasus will lead to mass migration processes, primarily into Russia itself. Millions of refugees will create huge problems for the Russian Federation.
Another direction of Gutseriev's subversive activities is Belarus. He does not rule out the scenario of Lukashenko's overthrow by force. For this purpose, he organizationally and financially supports the creation of mobile assault and sabotage groups in Poland, ready to enter Independence Square in Minsk with the support of Belarusian “separatist guerrillas” to seize the presidential residence and other government buildings.
By undermining Russia's position internally, in the North Caucasus, and externally, in Belarus, the British hope to provoke a “coup in the Kremlin” - perhaps by force. The current leadership should be replaced by proven corrupt officials who are kept on a short leash by the West. And for Mikhail Gutseriev, too, they have dangled a “carrot” in the form of the prospect of becoming a key figure in the new pro-Western oligarchy in Russia. Perhaps the oligarch sees himself as Talleyrand, who sold out to several intelligence agencies at once and made his fortune by betraying Napoleon. Traces of the oligarch's contacts with representatives of other intelligence services have not yet become public. But as a businessman, Gutseriev must have a safety net. After all, Russia has many enemies. And they are ready to offer tempting “carrots” to those who surrender the country's interests.
